Cobalt Search is looking for a Transaction Coordinator to support a dynamic real estate team in New York City. In this role, you'll manage residential sales and rental transactions while ensuring smooth operations across various marketing and administrative tasks.

This hybrid position allows for flexibility, with four days of remote work per week and in-person meetings on Wednesdays. You will play a vital role in communication with agents and stakeholders to enhance the team's overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent experience as a Transaction Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of New York residential sales and rental transactions.
• Experience supporting multiple agents and transactions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential sales and rental transactions from offer acceptance through closing.
• Manage listings, documentation, signatures and compliance requirements.
• Deliver marketing campaigns across social media, email and direct mail.
