Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update internal production sheet in real-time as deals move from LOI to closing.
• Schedule and attend site visits and third-party meetings for deals under contract.
• Prepare listing agreements, commission agreements, closing invoices, etc.
