Cushman & Wakefield, a global commercial real estate services firm, is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Sr. Transaction Coordinator for our Multifamily Advisory Group (MAG) in our Birmingham, AL Office. This position is responsible for day-to-day transaction management oversight on behalf of C&W and national clients. Responsibilities include managing the office’s escrow and due diligence process, acting as liaison between the Sellers and Buyers throughout the transaction process, and real time tracking of deal flow and revenue projections, among many others.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $27.12 - $31.91
