Job summary

Ares Management Corporation is seeking a Vice President, Full Stack Software Engineering Lead to direct the design, development, and delivery of technology solutions for the firm’s real estate operations.

You will lead the Real Estate Technology team, set engineering standards, and contribute hands-on while ensuring scalable, secure enterprise platforms across sourcing, underwriting, asset management, and analytics.

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or related field is required.
Advanced degree preferred.
12-15 years of progressive software engineering experience.
5+ years leading software engineering teams or major technology initiatives.
Experience leading end-to-end delivery in financial services, real estate, or asset management.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers for Real Estate Technology initiatives.
Establish engineering standards, development practices, and quality controls.
Drive adoption of Agile and modern engineering methodologies.
Own end-to-end SDLC for Real Estate Technology engineering initiatives.
Design and deliver scalable solutions across deal sourcing, underwriting, asset management, and reporting.
Partner with product, real estate professionals, operations, and Data & AI teams.
