• Act as liaison for requests like Partial Releases and Easements.
• Manage Real Estate Oversight email and document actions in systems.
• Maintain relationships with title companies for timely exchanges.
• Handle member requests to ensure a positive experience.
• Sort and distribute mail; scan and index documents.
• Support management and mentor junior team members.
