Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Westlake, TX to lead multi-disciplinary project efforts, coordinate budgeting and scheduling, and partner with executives and development teams to drive successful outcomes.

You will manage plans, collaborate with development, brokerage, leasing, clients, and vendors, and deliver timely reports and change orders while mentoring junior staff and coordinating internal resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military equivalent with focus in CM/Architecture/Engineering/Real Estate/Finance/Business and 7+ years experience.
• Real Estate Broker license and CCIM, PMP, LEED, WELL accreditations preferred.
• MS Office Suite with PowerPoint and Project; Procore experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop project needs assessment and project plans.
• Create, develop, and maintain design and construction team.
• Develop, and present for approval, an implementation project plan, budgets, and schedule.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute project plans.
• Provide timely project management documentation and reporting.
• Coach, mentor, and develop project staff.
