AmeriServ Financial Inc. is seeking a senior official to manage the administration of the Trust Specialty Real Estate Division, including fiscal and personnel management, compliance, portfolio and valuation oversight, and policy implementation.

The role requires leading the division, supervising staff, and coordinating with underwriting partners to ensure quality service and profitable investments. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, or Finance with five years of management experience in credit, collections, and lending functions.
• Experience in commercial real estate lending and ability to discuss investments, prepare proposals and develop new profitable business.
• Supervisory experience preferred and strong leadership abilities.
• Strong communication and analytical skills combined with ethical conduct and integrity.
• Experience presenting investments to committees and overseeing regulatory filings.

Mansioni

• Manage the portfolio of debt and equity investments in commercial real estate within the ERECT Funds.
• Oversee the investment selection process including structuring new investments and presenting recommendations to the Investment Committee.
• Oversee pre-funding and post-closing processes to ensure proper structuring and compliance with policies and legal frameworks.
• Supervise division staff and ensure quality service to clients.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely tax filings for funds and investors.
• Oversee annual investment reviews and risk ratings for assets in the portfolio.
• Oversee valuation/balancing processes for the funds and related reporting.
• Oversee and maintain the division's policy and procedure manual and annual updates.
• Prepare divisional documents and reports; liaise with underwriting partners.
