Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, accounting, or finance is required.
• Five (5) years of experience in management of credit, collections, and lending functions, plus experience in commercial real estate lending is required.
• Ability to discuss investments, make presentations, prepare informative proposals and develop new profitable business.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration of the Trust Specialty Real Estate Division including fiscal and personnel management, compliance, portfolio management, and valuation management.
• Oversee investment selection process and present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
• Oversee pre-funding and post-closing processes to ensure investments align with policies and legal frameworks.
• Supervise division staff and ensure regulatory compliance with funds and audits.
• Oversee annual investment reviews and risk ratings for portfolio assets.
