S&T Bank seeks a Senior Appraiser to support Commercial, Business and Managed Asset lending by ensuring consistent, compliant real estate valuations. You will help maintain appraisal policies and oversee staff to sustain quality and efficiency.

Requires five to ten years of appraisal experience, PA/OH/NY eligibility, and familiarity with FIRREA and USPAP. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage vendor relationships are essential.

Formación

• Requires a four-year degree or equivalent in Real Estate Appraisal.
• MAI or AI-GRS designation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FIRREA and appraisal regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Assists in evaluating, monitoring and maintaining high appraisal standards and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and S&T policies.
• Assists in establishing and maintaining S&T's Real Estate Appraisal Policy and Procedures.
• Assists in evaluating all new valuation products.
• In absence of the Chief Appraiser, manages the appraisal department, workflow and schedules to maximize productivity.
• Manages the YouConnect appraisal management system workflow and vendor services for real estate appraisals that serve as collateral for loans.
• Performs independent reviews of real estate appraisals/evaluations per USPAP Standards and regulations.
• Reviews complex appraisals and internal evaluations.
