Texas Capital Bank seeks a Senior Portfolio Manager to own underwriting for the Real Estate portfolio, coordinating with analysts, associates, and Relationship Managers to assess risks and opportunities. You will drive approvals, monitor performance, and deliver strong client service.

The role requires leading portfolio reviews, identifying risks, and working with Credit Administration to optimize credit solutions while maintaining excellent relation with borrowers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commercial Banking or equivalent/relevant program.
• Strong credit analysis and financial modeling skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee credit-related responsibilities for Analysts and Associates, including financial statement spreading and model validation.
• Lead risk rating assessments and periodic relationship reviews.
• Partner with Relationship Manager in credit reviews and negotiations.
• Own credit approvals for new/modified/renewed facilities and assess risk mitigants.
• Monitor portfolio quality and prepare portfolio reports and analytics.
• Coordinate with Special Assets Group for credit requests as needed.
• Drive process improvements and maintain high levels of customer service.
