Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a senior professional to supervise a team handling accounting, administration and investor servicing for investment companies and advisers. You will act as a trusted advisor, assess changing strategies, and lead issue resolution and process improvements to support clients.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of portfolio accounting and the investment management industry, strong communication, and leadership skills. This position is based at a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Seven to nine years of experience in alternative investments industry.
• CPA or CFA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of administrators providing accounting, administration and investor servicing to investment companies and advisers.
• Acts as escalation point for clients and directs issue resolution and process changes.
• Identifies risk-related issues through data review and implements mitigating solutions.
• Reviews accounting and financial statements for audit/tax reviews and sets up accounting principles for complex investments.
