The role requires a bachelor’s degree, a real estate license, at least ten years in real estate management, and budgeting experience. A graduate degree or professional credentials (CCIM, CPM, RPA) are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or Real Estate is required.
• Minimum ten years of experience in real estate management.
• Real Estate license is required.
• Graduate degree and/or professional designations (CCIM, CPM, RPA, etc.) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage annual budgets and monitor adherence to owner expectations.
• Monitor bidding, hiring, and supervision of vendors/subcontractors.
• Schedule property inspections quarterly and identify risk management issues.
• Meet monthly reporting deadlines with variance explanations.
• Implement client relationship plans and maintain key contacts.
