The role requires a Real Estate license, a relevant degree, and several years in property management. Collaboration with operations, security and janitorial teams is essential to maximize value and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or Real Estate required.
• 2-year degree plus two industry certifications (RPA, CPM or CCIM) considered for internal candidates.
• License in Real Estate required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage annual budgets and reporting.
• Review and analyze leases and prepare related documents.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships and bidding.
• Coordinate capital improvement projects and tenant improvements.
• Ensure security, cleaning and safety compliance with policies.
• Lead building operations and tenant relations to meet owner goals.
