Snell & Wilmer, one of the largest law firms in the western United States, seeks an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join the Phoenix Office. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in real estate, with extensive title and survey review experience, and the ability to manage closing processes for complex transactions.

You will draft and file real estate documents, handle licensing tasks, and perform due diligence across commercial and residential matters while supporting attorneys and clients with

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree and paralegal certificate from ABA-accredited program or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of experience as a paralegal within a real estate practice group or equivalent experience.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality work to attorneys and clients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with supervision as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Closing Management: Oversee the full closing process for commercial real estate transactions.
• Title & Survey Review: Analyze title reports and surveys; coordinate curative actions with title companies.
• Document Drafting: Draft CC&Rs, HOA documents, and subdivision-related materials.
• Licensing & Permits: Handle applications for liquor, tax, and operating licenses.
• Tax & Regulatory Filings: Prepare tax clearance, bulk transfer, exemption, and reporting documents.
• Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence for acquisitions, sales, and financings in real estate.
• Search & Analysis: Order and summarize UCC, lien, tax, and judgment searches.
• Legal Filings: Draft and file deeds, mortgages, leases, and UCC filings.
• Post-Closing Support: Assemble closing binders and manage post-closing documentation.
