Job summary

You will mentor cross-functional teams, develop budgets and capital plans, analyze performance, and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate or related professional services.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• Excellent financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance across a portfolio of properties or a large campus, ensuring delivery and client satisfaction metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts, acting as strategic advisor and trusted partner.
• Mentor and develop talent, fostering collaboration to strengthen team performance.
• Develop and implement annual operating budgets and capital plans with timely financial reporting.
• Analyze financial performance, prepare reports, and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards across all managed operations.
