Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years' experience in property/asset management and/or facility management.
• 5+ years of experience managing multi-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop integrated strategies addressing facility operations and commercial property management goals.
• Establish annual budgets and manage financial reporting for facility operations and property management.
• Meet with tenant representatives to address issues and support lease discussions.
• Coordinate maintenance, repair, and renovation projects including oversight of construction and contractors.
