Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate administration, finance or related field and 5+ years of progressive experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, independent decision-making and strong communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical and project management skills in a large organizational environment with housing goals.

Responsibilities

• Establish cross-functional relationships to improve Real Estate operations.
• Leverage operational, financial and business knowledge to improve processes and deliver projects to completion.
• Compile annual goals, budgets and financial projections for Atlanta Housing real estate activities.
• Enter, update and manage data for Atlanta Housing real estate activities.
• Produce written reports and KPIs for Chief Real Estate Officer and leadership.
