Qualifications

• Familiarity with underwriting requirements and closing processes.

Responsibilities

• Complete setup of new loan files and order services required for underwriting (title, appraisal, verification of employment, etc.).
• Gather required loan documentation from members via in-person or phone conversations.
• Coordinate processing with Underwriters, Loan Officers, Title Companies and partners to ensure timely closings.
• Monitor compliance with lending regulations and credit union policies; escalate issues to loan officers as needed.
