Job summary

PNC is seeking a Loan Support Analyst Sr in the Real Estate Lending group. Based in Pittsburgh, Denver, or Cincinnati, the role involves reviewing loan documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to credit approvals, servicing loans, and assisting with advances, payments, and reprice settings.

The candidate will work with high-profile clients and teams to execute complex syndicated and commercial deals, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with <1 year of professional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, certification(s), and experience may be considered.
• Experience reviewing commercial loan documents and credit approvals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review syndicated and/ or commercial loan documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Validate construction due diligence requirements and monitoring progress/draws.
• Interact with corporate/commercial real estate clients and internal teams to close or administer loans.
