You will manage rent calculations, data entry into the CoStar database, and ensure timely lease payments and accuracy of critical dates.

Responsibilities include leading lease data abstractions, coordinating with landlords and internal business units, and supervising staff to maintain data integrity for 900 properties

Qualifikationen

• BS in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum ten years in operational expenses or accounting.
• Experience managing direct reports in real estate accounting.
