Trane Technologies is seeking a senior sales leader to own and execute the Rental Services sales strategy across the United States and Canada. You will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to support the regional sales organization and drive revenue growth and margin expansion.

You will partner with regional leadership to expand markets, provide strategic direction to the national rental sales force, and maintain accountability through CRM-driven performance measurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive leadership in industrial services, commercial sales, or asset-intensive businesses.
• Proven P&L ownership with a track record of revenue growth and margin improvement.
• Strong commercial acumen with go-to-market and customer-partner development experience.
• HVAC, power generation, climate solutions, or equipment rental experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute the comprehensive sales strategy for Rental Services across the United States and Canada.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of business development and commercial resources to support the regional sales organization.
• Enable the success of the national rental sales force by providing strategic direction and acting as liaison between sales channel and TRS to enable growth.
