Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate real estate, property management, facilities management, or asset management.
• 5+ years managing complex projects, capital improvements, or workplace-transformation initiatives.
• Experience presenting business cases, financial analyses, portfolio performance, or strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost management, P&L drivers, and real estate metrics.
• Experience managing vendors, service providers, contracts, and multifunctional stakeholders while overseeing multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational management of owned and leased facilities in line with Siemens Mobility objectives.
• Partner with site and executive leadership to translate operational and financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Own operating and capital budgets, forecasts, variance reporting, occupancy costs, and investment analyses.
• Manage facilities providers, vendors, contractors, contracts, KPIs, SLAs, asset records, and compliance with standards and codes.
• Deliver renovations, relocations, workplace modernization, and capital investments across scope, schedule, and budget.
• Advance workplace performance, employee experience, safety, sustainability, and resource conservation.
