W3Global is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio in Sacramento, CA. You will lead property management teams, work directly with owners, and drive asset performance across multiple properties.

The role requires strategic oversight of operations, budgets, and tenant relations, with a focus on cost control and value enhancement. You will partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of property management experience.
• Experience as Senior Property Manager or Portfolio Manager or similar senior role.
• Experience managing multiple properties simultaneously.
• Experience working directly with property owners.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple properties, priorities, and stakeholders.
• Strong owner-facing and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of multiple properties.
• Work directly with property owners as a key contact.
• Develop relationships with owners, tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee property managers responsible for individual properties.
• Monitor operations, financial performance, maintenance, and property condition.
• Review budgets, operating expenses, and performance.
• Ensure properties are managed efficiently per ownership objectives.
• Provide leadership and oversight to property management teams.
• Review and approve property activities, vendor relationships, and maintenance.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, reduce costs, and boost asset value.
• Address escalated tenant, operational, and property issues.
• Prepare and present performance updates to owners.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with property management requirements and regulations.
