Job summary

Flow seeks a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery from concept through handover across ground-up, conversion and tenant fit-outs. You will coordinate across architecture, interior design, structural, MEP, and landscape teams, ensuring paper trails, budget baselines, and delivery cadence are maintained.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
PMP, PRINCE2, or RICS certification strongly preferred.
10–15+ years in project management on mid-to-large real estate development projects.

Responsibilities

Drive end‑to‑end delivery across the full lifecycle from Concept through Handover.
Lead cross‑discipline coordination across architecture, interior design, structural, MEP, and landscape teams.
