Job summary

Flow is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to guide mid- to large-scale real estate development programs from concept through handover. You’ll coordinate across architecture, interior design, structural, MEP, and landscape teams, manage RFIs and submittals, and ensure documentation is meticulous and on schedule.

You’ll report to the Senior Project Manager and work closely with the Head of Architectural Design, gaining ownership while maintaining rigorous risk and change controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management
• 6–10 years of experience in project management on mid- to large-scale real estate development projects
• Experience with design-through-delivery project management
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects and workstreams across lifecycle under the Senior Project Manager
• Maintain programs, milestones, and action logs; track progress against baseline
• Coordinate day-to-day across architecture, interior design, structural, MEP, and landscape
• Manage the RFI, submittal, and approval cycle
• Maintain documentation under version control in the CDE
• Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and trackers
• Review consultant and contractor deliverables for scope and brand standards
• Log changes and variations into the register; support cost alignment and approvals
• Support risk identification and maintain the risk register
• Coordinate site queries and escalate technical issues
• Support handover—compile as-built and FM documentation
