Job summary

Flow is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of assigned developments, guiding projects from Concept through Handover and coordinating architecture, engineering, and design teams. The role reports to the Head of Design Management and requires a track record of delivering mid-to-large scale real estate projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related built-environment discipline.
• Professional certifications in project management strongly preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, or RICS).
• Experience delivering mid-to-large real estate development projects from concept to handover.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project delivery across the full lifecycle from Concept through Handover.
• Own project scope, schedule, and budget baselines; monitor and forecast against them.
• Lead cross-discipline coordination across architecture, interior design, structural, MEP, and landscape teams.
• Govern change, risk, and documentation; maintain a risk register and mitigation plans.
• Mentor and review the work of Project Managers to raise delivery discipline.
