CCH - (Christian Church Homes) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee acquisition/rehabilitation and new construction projects funded from private, federal, and local sources, including LIHTC. The role requires coordinating design, permitting, financing, and construction with staff and consultants, with regional and national travel.

The candidate will manage budgets, schedules, and reporting, ensuring entitlements, community engagement, and successful close-out of funding and investor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, construction, project development or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in affordable housing or related development.
• Strong project leadership with budget and schedule control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages from planning to construction and lease-up.
• Coordinate with consultants, lenders, and public agencies.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and pro forma for multiple projects.
• Represent the organization at funder, council and stakeholder meetings.
