Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an Affordable Housing Project Manager in Los Angeles to lead LIHTC developments from pre-development through completion. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, financing coordination, and collaboration with stakeholders.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, and reporting while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met across multiple multifamily projects. This is a mission-driven, collaborative environment offering growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in affordable housing development.
  • Proven LIHTC project experience (ground-up or substantial rehab) is a plus.
  • Understanding LIHTC financing, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience partnering with public agencies, tax credit investors, and funding partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Background working with nonprofit or mission-driven housing organizations.
