Job summary

RHF (Retirement Housing Foundation) is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support ground-up development and rehabilitation projects from site acquisition through construction and transition to operations.

The role involves coordination, due diligence, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting, with frequent interaction with internal teams and external partners. Occasional travel to project sites and meetings is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• 2–3 years in affordable housing development or related field.
• Understanding of LIHTC and HUD financing programs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support site acquisition, due diligence, and entitlement activities.
• Assist with budgets, schedules, and project tracking reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Prepare documentation for funding applications and approvals.
• Travel to project sites and participate in meetings.
