Job summary

TDJREV, LLC is seeking a Sr. Real Estate Development Architect to lead design concepts from blank page to built project.

You will influence site planning, architectural character, materials, and constructability across single-family, multifamily, and mixed-use developments. You will work directly with development and construction teams, executives, and municipalities to maintain a strong architectural vision through budgeting and construction.

Qualifications

• Strong design portfolio demonstrating architectural creativity and judgment.
• 7+ years progressive architectural experience, with 7–12+ preferred.
• Active architectural license in Texas or ability to obtain via reciprocity.
• Solid knowledge of building codes, zoning, accessibility, and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead design programming, conceptual design, and design development for TDJREV projects.
• Establish and communicate architectural vision from concept to construction.
• Collaborate with development and construction teams to maintain design integrity.
• Coordinate with consultants and manage third‑party architects.
• Review construction documents and ensure alignment with development objectives.
• Develop TDJREV architectural standards, prototypes, and design guidelines.
