• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel periodically for projects outside New York.
• Strong knowledge of construction documentation and detailing.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative open environment.
• Experience training and guiding junior staff.
