You will work with development teams, consultants, contractors, and public agencies to ensure budget, schedule, and quality standards are met while navigating zoning and entitlement processes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multifamily and mixed-use developments.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government agencies.
• Strong financial analysis and due diligence skills.
• Knowledge of zoning, permitting and entitlement processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of residential/multi-family and mixed-use projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and agencies.
• Lead entitlement, permitting, and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality throughout development lifecycle.
