Lifestyle Development Services, LLC. is seeking a Real Estate Development Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of residential/multi-family and mixed-use projects from Concept to completion.

You will work with development teams, consultants, contractors, and public agencies to ensure budget, schedule, and quality standards are met while navigating zoning and entitlement processes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multifamily and mixed-use developments.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government agencies.
• Strong financial analysis and due diligence skills.
• Knowledge of zoning, permitting and entitlement processes.

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of residential/multi-family and mixed-use projects.

• Lead entitlement, permitting, and regulatory compliance efforts.
