Job summary

Based in the Austin office, you will work closely with clients, consultants, project teams and firm leadership to guide projects from concept through documentation and implementation. The role combines strong design capabilities with technical leadership, client relationship skills, and a drive for excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 10+ years of relevant professional architectural experience.
• Licensed architect or actively pursuing professional licensure.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong design and graphic skills.
• Experience managing projects, consultants, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept through construction documentation and project delivery.
• Manage project teams, consultants, and project deliverables.
• Develop and coordinate drawing sets, technical documentation, and project presentations.
• Collaborate with architecture, planning, and landscape architecture teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project team members.
