JPJ Staffing seeks a Senior Architect/Project Manager in Tampa to lead projects from concept through completion. The role requires coordinating design, budgets, and schedules while managing client relationships and design staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in all phases of architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in responding to RFIs/RFPs
• Fluent in AutoCAD & Revit, with Sketch-up, Photoshop and Microsoft projects
• Construction industry experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
• Self-confident, tenacious while maintaining positive working relationships with clients, outside consultants, and technical staff

Responsibilities

• Partner with Principal to create and respond to proposals for potential projects.
• Coordinate all project efforts to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution through all phases.
• Translate concepts to develop high quality architectural projects on time and on budget.
• Be primary contact to bring schedule, budgets, and scope to completion to client satisfaction.
• Estimate fees, prepare proposals and contracts, monitor adherence to terms of complex projects.
• Actively manage client budgets, schedules, and project communications/documentation.
• Provide oversight and monitor work of less experienced staff from inception to completion.
• Prepare project plans and checklists used as training guides for staff.
• Create accurate CAD drawings from sketches, instructions, and site visits.
• Attend networking events and conferences to promote the office and engage with professionals.
• Assist with Marketing and Company functions as required
