Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Property Development, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive Real Estate development experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven expertise across all development phases from concept to disposition.
• Strong financial analysis and project budgeting skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate development sites and opportunities in Upington and surrounding areas.
• Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial modeling for viability.
• Oversee land acquisition, zoning, permitting, and regulatory approvals.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources for profitability.
