Job summary

Revantage, a Blackstone portfolio company, seeks a senior leader to head Third-Party Claims. Based in Dallas, TX, you will set strategy for casualty, workers’ comp, and financial lines, oversee complex claims, and partner with brokers, carriers and portfolio companies to drive outcomes.

You'll lead governance, escalation, and performance metrics, develop talent, and align claims with enterprise priorities across North America, EMEA, APAC. This is a senior, strategic role in a global program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 15+ years of claims experience across casualty, liability, workers’ compensation, or financial lines.
• Demonstrated leadership managing claims teams or functions.
• Experience engaging with carriers, brokers, TPAs, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership.
• Familiarity with RMIS platforms, including Origami Risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead third-party claims strategy across casualty, workers’ comp, and financial lines.
• Provide executive oversight of high-severity claims and coverage issues.
• Develop claim resolution strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as escalation point for significant liability and financial lines matters.
• Drive data-driven improvements and governance across the claims function.
• Lead talent development and cross‑functional collaboration with portfolio companies, brokers, carriers, and internal teams.
