Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional with CA license and 5+ years of commercial real estate sales.
• Strong knowledge of lease structures (NNN, modified gross, full-service) and client communication.
• Proven ability to prospect, network, and build top-tier client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and expanding business opportunities in the Retail sector via prospecting and networking.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Investment Sales and Debt Financing teams to drive revenue growth.
• Maintain databases to track prospects and opportunities; participate in client meetings.
