stbancorp seeks a Senior Appraiser to support Commercial Banking, Business Banking and Special/Managed Assets by ensuring that risk-appropriate real estate valuation standards are established and followed across the bank.

You will assist the Chief Appraiser, supervise the appraisal staff, manage workflow in YouConnect, review complex appraisals, and ensure compliance with USPAP, FIRREA and S&T policies while delivering high level customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a four-year degree or equivalent. Major in Real Estate Appraisal.
• Appraisal Institute designation required; MAI or AI-GRS preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FIRREA and appraisal regulations.

• Assists in evaluating, monitoring and maintaining high appraisal standards to comply with laws and S&T policies.
• Manages the appraisal department workflow and staff in absence of Chief Appraiser.
• Reviews complex appraisals and communicates valuation conclusions to stakeholders.
• Maintains the Approved Appraiser List for engagements across banking lines.
• Educates Bank employees on Real Estate Appraisal policies and regulatory requirements.
