The Senior Appraiser at S&T Bank will assist the Chief Appraiser to support Commercial Banking, Business Banking and Managed Assets by ensuring risk-appropriate real estate valuation standards are established and followed.

Requires a four-year degree in Real Estate Appraisal, Appraisal Institute designation (MAI/AI-GRS preferred), and 5–10 years of general business and appraisal experience with PA, OH or NY licensure. Strong knowledge of FIRREA, USPAP and related regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree or equivalent, Real Estate Appraisal specialization.
• Appraisal Institute designation required, MAI or AI-GRS preferred.
• Certified General Appraiser in PA, OH, NY to support bank's market strategy.
• Strong knowledge of FIRREA and appraisal regulations.

Responsabilités

• Assist in evaluating and maintaining high appraisal standards and policy compliance.
• Manage the appraisal department workflow in absence of Chief Appraiser.
• Oversee YouConnect appraisal management system and vendor tracking.
• Review complex appraisals and communicate valuation conclusions.
