Our founders are hardcore telecommunications engineers with combined 200+ years of experience in designing, optimizing and performance engineering for several mid‑large wireless carriers internationally. Job Description

• Previous real estate experience preferred (minimum 2–3 years of comparable work experience)
• Basic Excel proficiency
• Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skill set
• Candidate will interact with numerous departments
• Department subject to Sarbanes‑Oxley audit requirements and key performance indicators; successful candidate must demonstrate superior attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Responsible for abstracting and administering lease agreements (amendments, supplements, proforma leases, non‑standard leases, acquisitions, etc.)
• Processing payment administration and ensuring integrity of financial and non‑financial data stored within HQNRE corporate databases of record
• Responsible for answering customer calls from landlords that have leases with Client
• Proficiency in using PC applications (Windows, Excel, Word) and spreadsheets
• 5–10 years of related professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong knowledge of various software applications, such as relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate data reports
• Must be well organized, detailed, and an excellent problem solver
• Ability to oversee multiple workstreams and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work in a team environment and in a proactive manner
• Ability to reconcile and analyze accounts
• Must have the ability to multi‑task, document clearly and efficiently, and be comfortable working in a fast‑pace environment
