Panasonic Corporation of North America seeks a Senior Analyst for Real Estate and Corporate Services to drive financial analytics, lease administration, and strategic projects across the corporate real estate footprint.
The role supports budget planning, payment accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, and business units; travel may be required. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Real Estate.
Qualifications
- Experience with Commercial/Corporate real estate and travel & fleet programs is a plus.
- Strong financial analysis, modeling of discounted cash flows and market data.
- Budget development and management skills; lease review and analytics.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to prepare presentations.
Responsabilités
- Provide financial analytics, reporting, and budget planning for the Real Estate footprint.
- Manage lease administration, engage in negotiations, and track critical dates.
- Support special projects including space optimization and cost efficiencies.
- Coordinate with Legal and Finance on lease agreements and reporting.
