Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to serve as a technical expert in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive profitability, lead complex forecasting, and support capital decisions across a multi-national manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes advanced Excel/PowerBI skills, ERP proficiency (SAP S/4, Oracle), and mentoring others while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and SOP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; OR 4 years of relevant financial planning and analysis experience in lieu of a degree
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred
• 6+ years of financial analysis experience in a manufacturing environment
• Advanced literacy of Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI; experience with AI tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional expert for the most complex financial analysis and modeling across the business
• Partner with senior leaders to drive initiatives that maximize profit and cash
• Own development of complex financial models, metrics, reports, and tools for budgeting and forecasting
• Support monthly close processes and lead high-visibility projects and ad hoc analyses
• Mentor teammates and develop SOPs to improve internal controls
