Job summary

Carter’s Inc. in the United States is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to support growth by analyzing data and guiding store location and performance decisions.

You will work closely with real estate, finance, and other teams to provide insights and reporting across a multi-store portfolio. The role is split 50% Real Estate Support and 50% Real Estate Analysis, focusing on forecasting tools, pipeline reporting with finance and legal, and portfolio reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial analysis or real estate analysis in retail
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills
• Proficiency in Excel; SQL or Power BI preferred; GIS a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide data driven insights for North American real estate portfolio.
• Lead CRI proprietary forecasting and optimization tool to drive data driven Real Estate decisions.
• Manage real estate pipeline reporting including interaction with finance, accounting, and legal.
• Prepare analyses and presentations for the monthly portfolio review and new store opportunities.
• Update and maintenance of quarterly fleet performance reports shared across Carter’s.
• Ability to adapt data into storytelling for various audiences.
