Carter’s Inc. in the United States is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to support growth by analyzing data and guiding store location and performance decisions.
You will work closely with real estate, finance, and other teams to provide insights and reporting across a multi-store portfolio. The role is split 50% Real Estate Support and 50% Real Estate Analysis, focusing on forecasting tools, pipeline reporting with finance and legal, and portfolio reviews.

The Real Estate Analyst supports the company’s growth by analyzing data and helping the team make informed decisions about store locations and performance. This role works closely with real estate, finance, and other teams to provide insights and reporting across a multi-store portfolio. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Real Estate Strategy & Analytics
Provide data driven insights for North American real estate portfolio (store fleet) Primary lead for CRI proprietary forecasting and optimization tool to help drive data driven Real Estate decisions Management of real estate pipeline reporting including interaction with finance, accounting, and legal Ad hoc requests to support the forecasting, planning, and analysis of the Company’s real estate portfolio
Prepare analyses and presentations for the monthly portfolio review and new store opportunities Manage Pipeline Management reporting via CoStar transaction module and other databases Updating and maintenance of quarterly fleet performance reports shared across Carters Ability to adapt data into storytelling and adjust to various audiences
