Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Real Estate, Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management, system administration, or a similar role supporting large-scale operations.
• Proficient in data analysis using various tools and statistical packages.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, automation, training, documentation, and administration of core real estate technology systems across project management, construction management, asset management, and strategy.
• Develop and maintain integration between core real estate systems and enterprise tools (Excel, Snowflake, Databricks, SSMS, Power BI, SharePoint).
• Build and maintain API integrations and support low-code/no-code extensions in alignment with IT governance standards.
• Provide proactive leadership in planning and delivering comprehensive training initiatives and documentation; drive adoption of system enhancements.
