Job summary

Carter’s, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Real Estate to join our Atlanta-based team. The role focuses on data-driven insights for a multi-store portfolio and supports store optimization through advanced analytics and reporting.

The position requires 3+ years in financial/real estate analysis, strong Excel/SQL/Power BI skills, and experience with CoStar. You will collaborate with real estate, finance, accounting, and legal teams to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

3+ years in financial analysis, real estate analysis, or related retail analysis.
Strong data storytelling skills to convert analytics into clear messages.
Proficient in Excel, SQL, and Power BI; CoStar experience is a plus.
Experience with portfolio/project analytics and KPIs for retail real estate.
Ability to collaborate across Finance, Store Operations, and Legal teams.

Responsibilities

Provide data-driven insights for North American real estate portfolio and store optimization.
Prepare analyses for monthly portfolio reviews and in-store opportunities.
Manage real estate pipeline reporting and CoStar-based landlord analyses.
Update quarterly fleet performance reports and present to senior leadership.
