Job summary

RFP Homes in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to source, evaluate, negotiate, and secure off-market residential investment opportunities across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

You will build relationships with wholesalers, agents, investors and property owners while leveraging leading systems and underwriting support to close profitable deals. This is an in-office, commission-based role with high earning potential.

Qualifications

RFP Homes is expanding our Dallas Acquisitions Team and is looking for an experienced Senior Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to source, evaluate, negotiate, and secure off-market residential investment opportunities throughout the Dallas and surrounding DFW market.

In this role, you'll develop relationships with wholesalers, real estate agents, investors, property owners, and other industry professionals to create a consistent pipeline of acquisition opportunities. You'll identify investment properties, analyze deals, negotiate contracts, and manage transactions from initial contact through executed agreement.

Our team provides the technology, CRM, underwriting support, marketing resources, and operational infrastructure needed to help you succeed, allowing you to focus on sourcing quality investment opportunities and closing deals.
