RFP Homes LLC seeks an Acquisitions Agent to source off-market and distressed investment properties across the Dallas–Fort Worth market. You’ll collaborate with wholesalers, real estate agents, investors, and owners to identify opportunities and negotiate contracts for investor clients.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in real estate acquisitions, holds an active Texas license, and can hit the ground running.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of real estate acquisitions experience.
• Active Texas real estate license required.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with wholesalers, agents, investors, and owners.

Responsabilités

• Source off-market and distressed investment properties through multiple channels.
• Build relationships with industry professionals and investors.
• Analyze opportunities, review comps, estimate repairs, and negotiate contracts.
• Manage opportunities through acquisition process and maintain CRM records.
• Represent RFP Homes with market knowledge and integrity.
