Job summary

RFP Homes is expanding our Fort Worth Acquisitions Team and seeks an experienced Senior Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to source, evaluate, negotiate, and secure off-market residential investment opportunities throughout Fort Worth and the DFW market.

You will build relationships with wholesalers, real estate agents, investors, property owners, and other professionals, guiding deals from lead to underwriting and contract while leveraging the company’s CRM, underwriting support, and

• Minimum 3 years of investment real estate, acquisitions, or wholesale experience.
• Strong understanding of residential investment analysis and contract negotiations.
• Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.

In this role, you'll build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, real estate agents, investors, property owners, and other industry professionals to generate a consistent pipeline of investment opportunities. You'll take deals from initial lead through underwriting, negotiation, and executed contract while working alongside one of Texas' leading real estate investment teams.

We provide the technology, CRM, underwriting support, marketing resources, and operational infrastructure so you can focus on finding and closing great investment opportunities.
