Job summary

RFP Homes LLC is seeking an experienced Acquisitions Agent to source and secure off-market and value-add single-family investment opportunities across the Dallas–Fort Worth market.

You will build relationships with wholesalers, real estate agents, investors and property owners while underwriting, negotiating, and contracting investment properties. This is a 100% commission opportunity with uncapped earning potential; top performers can earn $400,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of investment real estate experience.
• Strong investment property analysis and negotiations.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Full-time, in-person role in Dallas or Fort Worth.

3+ years as a Wholesale Acquisitions Agent

Active Fix & Flip or Rental Property Investor with transaction experience

RFP Homes is looking for an experienced Acquisitions Agent to source and secure off-market and value-add single-family investment opportunities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

You’ll build relationships with wholesalers, real estate agents, investors, property owners, and other industry professionals while identifying, underwriting, negotiating, and contracting investment properties.

We provide the platform, technology, CRM, underwriting support, sales infrastructure, and one of the strongest investor sales teams in Texas. Your focus is sourcing great opportunities and putting deals together.
